Laundry Services
If you are in need of laundry services as a part of your turn-over cleanings, we can help. We do not provide linens, but rather require you to have two sets of all linens. We take one set to wash and replace with the clean.

Sometimes there are quite a few loose ends to tie. We get it. We offer a plethora of additional services that will help you manage the ins and outs of your short-term rental property.
Cleaning services
We provide cleaning services in Myrtle Beach and surrounding areas (excluding downtown Myrtle Beach)
*All cleaning services listed require you to provide a vacuum, mop, and broom.*
STANDARD TURNOVER CLEANING: This service generally includes vacuuming, dusting, sweeping, mopping, bathroom cleaning, kitchen cleaning (including stove, refridgerator, and microwave), restocking of guest supplies (e.g. shampoo, conditioner, bodywash, handsoap, paper towels, toilet paper, coffee, tea, etc.) inventory checks, and making beds. (please call or text for a full list)
STANDARD TURNOVER CLEANING PRICING:
Less than 1000 square feet: $125 per turnover service
Between 1000 and 1500 square feet: $165 per turnover service
Between 1500 and 2000 square feet: $205 per turnover service
2000+ square feet: TBD
Note: the prices quoted are for standard turnover service and do not include costs for excessive dirtiness. Call for deep cleaning prices.
*Supplies (e.g. shampoo, conditioner, bodywash, handsoap, coffee, tea, etc.) are not supplied by Oceanside. 1 roll of toilet paper and 1 roll of paper (per bathroom) towels are included with every turnover service.*
LAUNDRY SERVICES
SHEETS
Oceanside provides laundry services for $10 per bed (regardless of the size). We require that each bed has a minimum of 2 full sets of bedding. We will take one with us to wash and use the clean set to make each bed during turnover service.
TOWELS. WASH CLOTHS. BATH MATS.
For $8 per guest, we will leave 2 towels and 2 wash cloths per guest, 1 bath mat per bathroom and 1 kitchen hand towel. We require that you have on hand enough of each item (towels, wash cloths, bath mats, and kitchen hand towels) to be able to replace the dirty with clean. We take the dirty with us, wash it, and replace during the next turnover service. If you would like to purchase these items from us, we can provide a quote.
EXTRAS
We understand that from time to time something additional needs to be washed. We handle these on a case by case basis. Please call, text, or email for a quote.

EXTRA SERVICES
GOLF CARTS AND CARS
If you have a golf cart or car as a part of your short-term rental business, for an extra $10 per turnover service or $25 without a turnover service, we will check on your golf cart/car, start it, inspect for damages, and report any issues to you.

SUPERVISION
Whether you need someone to quickly check on your property, meet a handman or locksmith there, or simply need someone at your property for any reason, for $50 an hour, we have you covered.

ERRANDS
Whether you live away from your property or simply need a hand, we can have someone run errands to help you with your short-term rental. We charge $50 an hour for this service.
